First Classes

First class of the year. Students organized themselves in alphabetical order by last name. Recieved their class folders and went over expectations for the year.

* First student to catch me wearing the same tie.. from begining of school year until end will recieve a full size CHOCOLATE TIE.

Week 1 - Introductions

Welcome this website will provide information on your classes.

I am looking forward to a great start! Remember if you catch me wearing the same neck tie at any time during the school year you can win a Chocolate Tie!

• 5th Graders will focused on learning how to use team work to complete projects
• Using ScanTek Materials they will build and learn about Transportation and Machinery. They will also use Robotic Kits and Building Kits if they meet the teamwork standard.

Overview of Course Work

The Fifth Grade will learn basic group activity and building skills as they use ScanTek Modules this year. They will build different items to learn about Transportation. They will all get chances to do different roles in their three person groups. Inventory and Group Coordinator Responsible for getting material for building assignments and keeping group on task Master Builder Responsible for building project. Academic Assistant Responsible for filling out worksheets for group assignment.
